The senior partners hold equal standing in the firm and sit together as the Board of Partners, carrying joint responsibility for its direction and for every project undertaken.
Advocate Mohammed Sharfuddin Anwar is a seasoned Property Lawyer and Real Estate Professional with extensive experience in property law, construction, property development and property management. He specialises in real estate legal advisory, title due diligence, property documentation, development agreements, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
With a strong background in finance, legal practice and real estate, he provides strategic guidance in land acquisition, project planning, construction management and legal compliance. His commitment to integrity, transparency and excellence plays a vital role in delivering quality projects while safeguarding the interests of clients and stakeholders.
At Aspire Constructions, he leads with a vision to develop legally compliant, sustainable and value-driven residential and commercial projects that meet the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Dr. Mohammad Khaleeq holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
He spent close to thirty years in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Process Engineer with SABIC, Marafiq and Saudi Aramco — large-scale industrial environments where engineering discipline, process rigour and safety standards are non-negotiable.
In 2008 he returned to Hyderabad and founded Forward Engineering Constructions, through which he has successfully completed numerous residential apartment and commercial projects. At Aspire Constructions he contributes as a builder, bringing that combined engineering and construction expertise to the technical execution of the firm’s projects.
Syed Gayasuddin holds a B.Sc. in Electronics, an M.Sc. and an MBA in Finance from Osmania University, along with an entrepreneurship certification from IIM Ahmedabad.
He has held senior positions across pharmaceuticals, chemicals and technology — Deputy General Manager at Nicholas Piramal India Ltd. in Mumbai and Hyderabad, Director at Sumitra Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd., and Managing Director of Tossex Infotech Limited.
He is currently CEO and Managing Partner of BS Engineering, Jubilee Hills, an energy metering hardware and software solutions company that also delivers large reticulated system projects for developers across Hyderabad. At Aspire Constructions he brings that combination of engineering, finance and business leadership to the Board of Partners.
Mahammad Areef is a senior partner of Aspire Constructions and sits on the Board of Partners, contributing to strategic planning, project approvals and corporate governance.

The working partners carry defined functional responsibility, so every project has a named owner for finance, procurement and site delivery.
Wasiq Siddiqui leads administration and finance at Aspire Constructions, covering financial planning, accounting, compliance, vendor administration and office operations.
He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Control Systems & Instrumentation from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from MJCET, Hyderabad. In 2025 he completed a No-Code AI/ML certification from MIT Professional Education.
Over more than fifteen years he has worked with Ashghal — Public Works Authority, Qatar as a Decision Support System Engineer supporting the FIFA 2022 World Cup, and as a SCADA Specialist with the National Water Company in Makkah and Riyadh supporting Hajj operations from 2014 to 2019. In Hyderabad he handled architectural design, planning and initial execution of the Forwards Elegance residential apartment building at Golden Heights Colony.
Mohd Anas is responsible for procurement and sales at Aspire Constructions — vendor selection, material purchasing and negotiation, inventory and logistics, alongside customer acquisition and client relationships.

Eng. Mohammed Abdul Sayeed is a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. He brings extensive professional experience in the successful execution and management of residential, commercial and high-rise building projects, including valuable international experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His expertise includes project management, structural engineering, construction planning, cost estimation, civil and architectural coordination, quality control, interior fit-outs and timely project delivery. Recognised for his technical excellence, leadership and problem-solving abilities, he has consistently delivered projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
As a member of Aspire Constructions, Eng. Sayeed contributes his engineering expertise and project management experience to deliver innovative, sustainable and high-quality developments.
